    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to prepare, cook and present basic nutritious breakfasts under supervision.
  • CAREER PREPARATION
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to engage effectively in personal career preparation and planning under supervision.
  • COMMUNICATIONS
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to communicate effectively in familiar social, work and public contexts in one-to-one or in small group situations.
  • COMPUTER LITERACY
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with knowledge of the basic concepts of information technology and the skills and competence required to connect and operate a computer correctly.
  • CULINARY OPERATIONS
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to prepare, cook and present a limited range of nutritious meals.
  • NUTRITION & HEALTHY OPTIONS
    50 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to understand food and be able to work in a kitchen preparing a limited range of safe, healthy, balanced meals and providing for special dietary needs.
