  • APPLICATION OF NUMBER
    50 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to understand and apply to real-life situations, a limited range of basic mathematical functions relating to number, measurement and capacity.
  • CAREER PREPARATION
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with knowledge of the basic concepts of information technology and the skills and competence required to connect and operate a computer correctly.
  • COMMUNICATIONS
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to communicate effectively in familiar social, work and public contexts in one-to-one or in small group situations.
  • COMPUTER LITERACY
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with knowledge of the basic concepts of information technology and the skills and competence required to connect and operate a computer correctly.
  • CONSTRUCTION SKILLS
    100 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to use a range of construction tools, equipment, terminology and drawings correctly and safely under supervision.
  • FLOOR & WALL TILING
    50 hours
    The purpose of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge skills and competence to complete a range of wall and floor tiling activities in a supervised environment.
  • WOODWORK
    100 hours
    The purpose of the award is to provide the learner with the knowledge, skills and competencies to use a range of hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete a variety of woodwork projects in a workshop environment.
